Although the structure and the plot of a story can take many forms, a typical short story often follow the principles listed below. Following such a configuration can be particularly useful for those starting to write stories, or those who are struggling with the demands of telling a story in a compressed form. Following these principles will help simplify the process of writing a great short story.
Introduction – in which the setting, characters and circumstances of history and describes attention briefly to the driver. The combination of these elements are usually set up the problem that causes the conflict in history.
Development – When the characters interact with each other and try to find the solution to the problem and then resolve the conflict. This involves the development of these two characters and how they will try to resolve his problem
– Conflict The central question of history. The vital force of writing the drama is the conflict or problem, which is at the heart of the story. The conflict in May be between two characters or between a character and an element of environment in which the story takes place, or may be an internal conflict to one of the characters. However, there is always the unity between the conflict and how the characters try to solve the problem. A man who has never had before a lock can not escape from the room choice of the lock. Whatever the form of a short story, it is difficult to imagine one without conflict.
Climax – the moment of greatest emotion when the character or characters succeed or fail in their attempt to solve the problem and end the conflict, is the point where the conflict is resolved. The climax is the dramatic moment history and has built in everything. Often, it is time for some change represents one of the characters. The high point must always agree with history, ie connected and derived from what has preceded. As a joke needs a good joke that brings together elements of the joke, if history just need a paroxysm.
Conclusion – where the whole story. There are, of course, a number of ways a story can be stopped. He can be happy or sad, successful or unsuccessful, could be hidden (not obvious in all of history, but with the indices of all) or could be a sting in the tail. However, it should always be a feeling of satisfaction the reader with. The readers must understand the importance of what happened before and may also have an overview of their intelligence or values as a result of what they read.
This is just a guide to help develop an idea that breaks just put on paper. Once there, you can take a little different or modified in a fundamental way. However, 90% of the battle with the writing is just beginning and this is a solid planning and idea on paper. Finally, remember not the golden rule of writing: enjoy the experience. You should never feel like work.
